Leading ICT Company requires professional profiles in IP presales in Enterprise market solutions. The role involves to be in charge of:

  • Support and collaborate with technical departments and direct customers, key partners, channels and account managers according to the support and product demands from customers.
  • Work closely with the customers to understand their business outcomes and objectives, translating into technical and solution requirements. Assessing to identify gaps and work with the engineering teams to prototype as well as implement the solutions.
  • Pre- sales support to design technical solutions according to the bidding project and scope: to identify, analyze risks, plan and implement risk response actions
  • Prepare and perform technical presentations to promote company solutions and products to the customers for key sales opportunities.
  • Understand Industry Solution requirements in customer tenders (request for Proposals i.e. RFP's) and define Solution scope. 

 

Professional background:

  • Bach. Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/ System / Computer Science Engineer. CCNP Certified/ CCNP – Security Certified/ Knowledge in CCNA (certification is preferred).
  • More than 5 year experience in IP pre-sales in Telecom partners from big global company selling solutions for Enterprise Market. Experience in integrated Industry solution, integration architecture design. Deep understanding of Peru networking ecosystem, has strong contact of main networking professional channels.
  • Deep Knowledge understanding of IP technology (Network, Datacenter switches, SDN, WIFI, Security) of main vendor.
  • English communication in Advanced level. 
  • Customer facing experiences to understand business requirements and to translate into technical specifications: Customer business understanding (Smart City, Public Safety, Electricity).
  • Significant client-facing responsibilities with deep technical know-how about Telecommunication business and ICT network. A proven track record of building long-term relationships professionally.
  • Ability to explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans. Fast bidding document (TDR) analysis and response capabilities.
